The Dregs website

Back in 2006, this was the first web site I built solo using a CMS, and I went with Drupal 4.7. I can't believe how much Drupal has improved since then! I had done experimentation with Joomla and WordPress, but found Drupal to be the best choice in terms of flexibility and themeing.

The Dregs are a popular music comedy act in Minnesota, with thousands of fans. Naturally, this site needed to accommodate some significant traffic and perform well. Drupal did not disappoint!

I came up with the logo, site design and layout, and migrated all of their content from a static legacy site. It was a monster project, but very satisfying.

I re-designed the site in 2008 to this darker, more entertainment-oriented feel.
