Portable Tent Platform System

I designed and built this platform system for comfortable, long-term camping and compact storage. I primarily used it for 8 weeks a year while working as an entertainer at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival.

Designed to match the exact footprint of my tent, the hinged steel frame folds inside of itself in one direction, while the decking folds in the opposite direction for maximum strength. The frame includes 12 receptacles for standard 2x4 legs which can be cut to match any grade.  Read more »

Guitar Wall - Secret Door!

My den is where I do drafting, video editing, programming, songwriting, and where I just hang out. To the casual observer, it's a just another finished basement with tacky wood paneling.

The Crow Bar

I enjoy bartending once in a while, and my cocktails had become so popular that I was frequently asked to serve at private parties. This required a proper bar setup, and a portable one, at that. I was unable to find a portable bar that would suit my needs, so I decided to engineer one myself.
